SUPERCHARGER

• ProCharger D-1SC with 12 rib pulley drive system
• Crank pulley is 7.65 inch.
• The supercharger pulley and be changed to alter the boost level.

I started with a 4.75 inch pulley and then changed to a 4.25 inch pulley before initial mapping. The 4.25 inch pulley has given me 11.3psi (0.78bar) boost. I will be moving on to a 3.85 inch pulley to give me around 14.5psi (1bar) boost. I may eventually drop down to a 3.40 inch pulley which should give around 18psi (1.2bar) boost.

CHARGECOOLER

The chargecooler is an air-to-water intercooler.

The setup for the car consists of a pre-rad which is mounted in front of the main radiator, an electric pump, hoses, header tank and the chargecooler itself. The chargecooler is being made by Pace Products and consists of of four cells.
