MAPPING

It's all a bit of a waiting game at the moment. I need to get the car outside to do the mapping but the weather has been so bad of late I've just not had the chance. I've been working away from home so much of late. The car is running ok but I need to get it mapped a little better so that I can drive the car to the rolling road. I am considering getting a trailer if I can't get it mapped over the Christmas break. I have two weeks off work, so as long as I get some dry weather I should be able to get it on the rollers in January.

OTHER JOBS

I have been doing some other jobs on the car. There are lots of small jobs that need to be done. The air filter needs mounting, brackets need making for one of the induction tubes. I have made some adapters on the lathe to mount the machine screws for the main induction tube in the supercharger. The wiring needs to be finished off. Headlamp covers need finishing. The seats can go back in once the wiring is finished. So there is plenty to keep me busy over Christmas.

HAPPY CHRISTMAS

I'm busy doing all the little jobs on the car over the Christmas holidays. I'll post some pics in the new year. I hope to do some more mapping next week. I plan to take the car to the rolling road in January. I have decided to buy a car trailer. This wil help in many ways, firstly it means I can leave the rear bodywork ay home when I take it to the rolling road. It also means I don't have to worry when I do some track days next year. You never know what might happen.

I hope to take some video when the car is on the rollers. I have taken some of the engine running which I hope to put online next month.
